SESSION NO. 1                                       IMPEACHMENT OF PRESIDENT OF INDIA

Since you are aware that the Hon’ble President, Shri Pranab Mukherjee, in his nation-wide telecast gave lecture to adolescent students on 4th September, 2015 on the eve of Teachers Day that ‘Draft Constitution’ was prepared by the Constituent Assembly and the Constitution is based on Nehru’s ‘Objective Resolution’. Apart from misrepresentation, he expressed his displeasure with his own government by keeping mum on the eve of “Constitution Day” by not extending his greetings and facilitations to countrymen being a custodian of Constitution. On the contrary he promoted Congress Party’s agenda of ‘Intolerance’ in his repeated advisories.

            Feeling hurt on Presidents’ his misrepresentation of facts, suppression of mountainous contributions of Baba Saheb Dr. B. R. Ambedkar, we urged him to supply strict proof in his support neither he attended to our quarries nor supplied any documentary evidence even under RTI regime. After having exhausting all channels we had left no other option but to invoke the provisions of Article 61 of Constitution urging the Parliamentarians to move a resolution of impeachment in Lok Sabha against President for violation of the Constitution. In the first instant we displayed the matter on social media and now this novice idea is enforced to impeach President of India.  

Whereas knowing fully, President, is immune from legal action and he is not answerable in any court for the exercise and performance of the powers and duties of his office or for any act done or purporting to be done by in the exercise and performance of those powers and duties but our founding fathers empowered the Parliament to impeach the President for violation of Constitution and the charges shall be preferred by either House. We opt for his impeachment.       

SESSION NO. 2                                  PROTEST OVER ISSUE OF E-GAZETTE PROCEDURE

After assenting by President of 31-12-2015, Ministry of Law & Justice published the SC/ST (POA) Amendment Act, 2015 on 1.1.2016 for general information of public. Subsequently Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment notified this amendment on 18-1-2016 but effective from 26th January, 2016 as if the perpetrators of atrocities on SC/ST people are glorified on this national day. MSJ&E was grilled to fix the responsibility but our grievances have not been addressed. After digging the issue the Government has decided that the physical printing and sale of hard copies of Gazette completely ceased on the line with the provisions of Section 8 of the Information Technology Act, 2008. Despite late enforcement, Delhi Government has not issued any notification declaring ‘Special Courts’ as ‘Exclusive Special Courts’ in all districts till date. New amendment vide Section 14(1)(3) calls upon court to ensure that cases under this Act are disposed of within a period of two months proceedings by holding day-to-day trial until all the witnesses in attendance have been examined by Exclusive Special Court, if adjourned for following day to be necessary for reasons to be recorded in writing. All deficiencies still exists and no notification has been issued. Thus amendment have been proved to be a laughing stock, none of government agencies have taken care of amendment due to indifferent attitude.
