Breaking News!The Supreme Court on Monday dismissed the plea against the release of the juvenile convicted for the 2012 December gang-rape case.

The juvenile convict of the horrific 2012 Delhi gang-rape case was on Sunday released and sent to an NGO.

A vacation bench comprising Justices AK Goel and UU Lalit dismissed the plea filed by the Delhi Commission for Women (DCW) seeking a stay on juvenile's release!

Unless the Rapist racist Rape tsunami continues,no measure enough,no punishment enough to protect Indian women reduced to sex toy Shudra slave under patriarchal Manforce and Japanese oil and rocket capsule as the patriarchal slavery system is the original rapist which make the child rapist as soon as his genitals get potent for the Rape.

Hanging might not solve the puzzle nor further legislation until you keep women as slaves at home,at public places and workplaces,offices,economy And politics.

निर्भया या ज्योति सिंह का नाबालिग़ (जुवेनाइल) लेकिन मर्दवादी क्रूरता का चरम आइकॉन बलात्कारी जेल से छूट गया।

एक बहू, जिसके सास की हत्या की जा चुकी थी, और जिस सास का एक बेटा आतंकवादी हमले में मारा गया था और दूसरा एक संदिग्ध दुर्घटना में मर चुका था, वह बहू अपने नासमझ बेटे के साथ, जेल जाने से बचने के लिए अदालत में हाज़िर हुई और ज़मानत पर रिहा हुई।

वह सास, जिसको इस देश के महानतम चित्रकार और बिस्तर पर अचेत पड़े उसके विरोधी ने 'दुर्गा' कहा था, उस सास को भी ठीक आज की ही तारीख में, ठीक इन्हीं सियासी हुक्मरानों ने जेल भेजा था और पूरा देश उसकी हिफ़ाज़त में उठ खड़ा हुअा था।

आज ही मध्यप्रदेश के लगभग काफ्काई अब्सर्ड या 'थियेटर ऑफ़ क्रुएलिटी' का नया उदाहरण व्यापमं का अारोपी, सत्ताधारी पार्टी का पूर्व मिनिस्टर लक्ष्मीकांत शर्मा जेल से रिहा हो गया। वही व्यापमं , जिसमें किसी भुतहा-भ्रष्टतंत्र ने ४२-४५ लोगों की रहस्यपूर्ण जान ले ली। सबूत मिटाये।

आज ही, इसी पार्टी के सांसद ने अपनी ही पार्टी के आला मिनिस्टर के भ्रष्टाचार के सबूत पेश किये और उस मंत्री ने अपनी ही पार्टी के सांसद के खिलाफ मुक़दमा चलाने की धमकी दी।

साहित्यकारों का कोई हत्यारा अभी तक गिरफ़्तार नहीं हुआ।

फ़ेसबुक और ट्विटर और दूसरे सोशल नेटवर्किंग साइट्स पर किसी भी तार्किक, सामाजिक न्याय और हिंसा के विरुद्ध व्यक्त होने वाली पोस्ट्स पर अभद्र हमले होते रहे।

सांप्रदायिकता एकाध अल्पसंख्यक जातियों की पुरानी सांस्कृतिक- राजनीतिक 'मैन्युफैक्चरिंग' है।

मन उद्विग्न है।
