PHD Real Estate Summit- 2016. Ms Sharmila Chavli JS Ministry of Finance, speaks at the Summit on REITS. REIT allows smaller institutions and stakeholders to diversify their range by investing in real estate properties, a privilege which was till now possible only for wealthy people. REIT is likely to create large amounts of liquidity thereby providing respite to cash-strapped developers and revive many stalled real estate projects.
