Basis on reports disseminated by us from secondary resources National Human Rights Commission -NHRC has registered two complaints on the issue of KAHAIYA and other JNU students and made us as complainant.
We appeal to you all and those who all involed in the related issue to please use these reference no during any communication with NHRC.
Below is the correspondent from NHRC by mail on yesterday dt 24.02.16
1. NHRC has recieved your complaint regarding ARREST OF KANHAIYA KUMAR AND JNU STUDENTS UNION. The Regn. No. is : 1223/30/8/2016. You may use this regitration number for future refernce..
2. NHRC has recieved your complaint regarding KANHAIYA KUMAR, JNU LEADER AND OTHERS. The Regn. No. is : 1220/30/8/2016. You may use this registration number for future reference.
