A day after Union Budget, Parliament is set to witness a stormy session on Tuesday. Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi are likely to speak on the Motion of Thanks in Lok Sabha today. 
The Opposition is set to corner HRD Minister Smriti Irani over her speech on JNU row and Rohith Vemula suicide. The Opposition has given notice for priviliege motions against Smriti, one in each house of Parliament.
