But it did not follow the norms when I tried to come back after I secured bail,” said Prof. Saibaba. “But in the case of professors Sengupta and Ratnam, the UoH administration has not followed norms at all.

But it did not follow the norms when I tried to come back after I secured bail,” said Prof. Saibaba. “But in the case of professors Sengupta and Ratnam, the UoH administration has not followed norms at all.
It is not the responsibility of the employees to inform the administration if they are arrested, but it is the duty of the police to inform the employers,” he said. He added that the varsity was using a ‘technicality’ to justify its suspension of the two faculty members.
