Bharat = Nepal Relationship in current scenario."अहिले नेपाल-भारत बिच प्रबुध्द समूहको बैठक चलिरहेको छ । यो बेलामा समूहलाई सुझाव दिनुको सट्टामा समितिलाई भारतपरस्त भन्दै निकम्मा सावित गर्ने कसरत विभिन्न कोणहरुबाट हुनु दुखद् हो ।"

My view point:
"The issue of Nepal’s border thus remains complex and ‘India-locked’ Nepal seems to have very limited options. Further, Nepal must realise the fact that as long as its international boundary remains ill-defined, un-demarcated and unsecured, there is always the possibility of further manipulation and exploitation by the neighbours. Indeed, lingering dispute on the border in the past has led to irreparable losses for Nepal. Nepal should, therefore, give highest priority to the demarcation of the border and secure it with security forces, where required. The sooner it is done, the better. What is required is a sincere intention and will."   Concluding part of my article "Drawing lines" published in the Kathmanu Post on Jan 17, 2016.

Bharat = Nepal Relationship in current scenario.
1. Border Issue
2. Pargaman Sandhi - employment/business rule for  citizens in either countires.
3. Defence Treaties including intelligence sharing.
4. Business Treaties
5. Sharing of Natural resources (Water in Nepal and Industrial output of India)
6. Employment
7. Mutual cooperation on above all.
8. Port issues and agreements.
9. also not least.. China/international factor in above all issues also need to be discuss by either side at their part and in common as well.

the Border issue and who are there on the border and their view along with view of Government of Nepal.  Majority of people in India Nepal broder are interelated in their cultural affinity with the either sideof the border. Their business and propertices we could expereince in either side i.e. openly able to practice the duality in citizenship in most of this pocket which is unconstittional in both countries constituion. How both countries would stop this practice as we expereince the currption in either side is more powerful and our authorities deeply ................engaged themselves in this unconstitutional practice.
Demarcation of Border is there but ofcouse both side not much serious about it due to their own vested interest and the mentality and practice of people settled on the either side of the border.
So this team should not work only on paper.. but adopt practical solution to this grime situation on the either side of the border and behaviour of the people settled in either side of the border.
There are now not only union goverment of India but also three state governent should also be part in it. the Uttrakhand, Bihar and Uttar Pradesh. If these three state government able to close open porus border from their part then half of the problmes would be solved.
