Attempt to Murder: Police Delaying to Register FIR

Ayaz Mughal 
Physical Assault on me while I was way back home via Mughal Road. A group of goons stop our car and started abusing and started beating with punches and kicks. I have received several internal and external injuries. After filing a complaint in local Police Station, I was medically checked up and found visible injuries, scratches and internal injuries and fracture in my right shoulder (Clavicle).
Despite on the spot verification by Incharge Police Post Behramgala, statements of eyewitness and identifying the culprits, he is delaying to register FIR, the reason best known to everybody.
It was conspiracy to render a loss to my life.
